Mr. Speros serves on Harris SBSB’s Financial Planning Committee, which coordinates the planning process and directs client recommendations and strategies. He also serves on the firm's Investment Committee, which directs overall investment policy, manager screens, and security selection. Mr. Speros earned a bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University, where he co-captained the school's first National Championship football team in 1982. He went on to play professionally before starting his financial planning career in 1984. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and is a member of the Institute of Certified Financial Planners and the Financial Planning Association. Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards, Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, Certified Financial Planner™ and federally registered CFP (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board’s initial and ongoing certification requirements.
